If your port request is unsuccessful, it it will be because the details you've provided did not match the losing carrier's records.

 

Your first port rejection is free, but there will be a $44 fee per rejection thereafter.

 

Please ensure your details are absolutely correct before submitting your port request. A rejection starts the entire process from the beginning, resulting in a significant waste of your time and ours if sufficient attention is not paid to the information you provide.
