ezyexchange employs the very powerful and extremely user-friendly MailCleaner platform for our spam filtration.
With MailCleaner, you can personally manage the quarantine for each of your email addresses and aliases from web-based spam filter control panel. The address is:
https://filter.exchangeserver.net.au
Simply use your full primary email address as the username, along with your mailbox password to gain access. And because MailCleaner authenticates against Active Directory (AD) in the EXCHANGESERVER domain, all of your addresses and aliases will be presented to you at the same time.
What to do with a False Positive
A false positive is a legitimate email marked or quarantined as spam. If this occurs, you can simply request a Rule Review when doing a daily check of your quarantine, or you can forward the affected email as an attachment, to ensure all header information is included, to:
nospam@exchangeserver.net.au
Our techs will review the email and adjust the filters if necessary to allow all such mail to pass in the future.
