Outlook 2011 - Exporting a backup file Print

On your Mac, click on the Outlook icon.

Now click on File and then on Export.

Select the data types you want to export, then click on the right arrow.

Select whether you want to delete the data you're exporting from your mailbox, and then click on the right arrow.

Enter a name for your backup file, then choose a location to save it to, and click Save.
