Add a New User to your Service


Our service will only receive and process email-to-SMS messages from email addresses it recognises, so it is necessary for you to add each user who will utilise your ezycloudsms service.

To add a new user to your ezycloudsms service, do the following ...


- log into the Client Zone, and from your dashboard, click your ezycloudsms service

- now click Account Management > Users > New

- fill out their details as required


Things to remember:

The username and password will allow a user to log into the ezycloudsms control panel to manage their messages.

It is not necessary to add the user's own mobile number, unless you want incoming/reply messages to be routed to both their email inbox and their mobile phone.
