Regardless of the email client being used, the following settings relate specifically to POP3 connections to Exchange.

Email address:  your Exchange e-mail address

Password: your mailbox password

User Name: your Exchange e-mail address

Type: POP

Incoming mail server: mail.exchangeserver.net.au

Port: 995

Encryption Method: SSL

Outgoing mail server: mail.exchangeserver.net.au

Port: 587

Encryption Method: TLS

Use the same authentication settings as the incoming mail server.
